Looking Down

Posted on Mon 2nd Jan, 2006, 10:40pm

ISO: 100, Shutter speed: 1/100, Aperture: f/4,
Camera: Canon EOS 20D, Flash: None, Cropping: Minor,
Lens: Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC, Focal length: 50mm,
Captured: 21st November 2005, 2:34pm,

Well I was going for quite a cool look with the processing on this one but I think I might be a bit too blue, now I look back at it.

But seeing as yesterday's was mainly orange with a hint of blue and this one is mainly blue with a hint of yellow, I think it probably balances out in the grand scheme of things.

This is the view from the top level of the same little estate where I took the picture of the abandoned shoes. I like the fact that all the lines are diagonal and that you can't see where the staircase goes. Also the leaves break up what would otherwise be a very plain section of grey.

Love it ... the dull colors work great, and the seemingly smooth cement looking ground is very very nice.
