Brrrrrrr

Posted on Sat 19th Nov, 2005, 1:33am

ISO: 100, Shutter speed: 1/80, Aperture: f/3.5,
Camera: Canon EOS 20D, Flash: None, Cropping: None,
Lens: Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC, Focal length: 50mm,
Captured: 19th November 2005, 10:38am,

It's been a bit on the chilly side here recently. In fact it's been as cold as it can get without actually being sub-zero.

I noticed the way the frost formed around the edges of these leave as I walked to work yesterday but I was in a hurry so I didn't stop. As I walked along today I was hoping they'd look the same and they did, much to my delight.

Nothing much else to say about this shot really. Just ran through the usual post processing steps and was pleasantly surprised with the results.

This is the kind of shot you could definitely sell to stock aganecies. The subject matter and composition is great and you did a good bw conversion with a great range of contrast from deep blacks through to white...a real Pro shot!
