Dean #10

Posted on Thu 28th Sep, 2006, 6:00pm

ISO: 400, Shutter speed: 2 secs, Aperture: f/2.8,
Camera: Canon EOS 20D, Flash: Yes, Cropping: None,
Lens: Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC, Focal length: 18mm,
Captured: 10th September 2006, 8:18pm,

This is the last of the photos of Dean and it's my favourite. It was a test shot but I really liked how it came out.

OK, this one is really good!! I like the way the flash lit this scene, too!

Love the surroundings and Deans expression and the waves of light work well. Weird image all in all and I like it.

Interesting shot, Jamey. How did you keep the lights so uniform in the movement?

Shots like this (slow-sync flash) are always hit and miss. The shape of the light trails is largely luck, although you can exercise a bit of free will over it. This, however, was the first one I took at this scene and it was pure luck, almost.

He looks like one of the Munsters in the graveyard ;-) (sorry Dean) Like the light trails but I find it hard to comment on this type of shot for some reason.

All these shots are pretty nice, shame Dean only has the 'Herman Munster inbred northerner' look locked down though. SMILE DEAN!
