Dilon & Nigel

Posted on Tue 2nd May, 2006, 2:26pm

ISO: 100, Shutter speed: 1/320, Aperture: f/4,
Camera: Canon EOS 20D, Flash: None, Cropping: Minor,
Lens: Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L, Focal length: 35mm,
Captured: 29th April 2006, 7:36pm,

As promised, here's the more conventional shot of the scene reflected in yesterday's puddle. Well, actually it's not the exact same set of doors but it's pretty much identical.

The angle is for no better reason than because I thought it looked better that way. The colours are the same as the original shot, I've just boosted a couple of them but not by a huge amount.

Just been out taking photos today and I think I'll have another people shot to put up tomorrow.

great range of colours and very crisp picture, i think you are right about the angle of the shot, it does make it

Love all the parallel lines giving the picture a strong structured feel, and the colours are great.

the angled composition works very well here

Good choice of angle, and again (sorry to keep repeating myself) beautiful colours. Nice work.

Nice lines... The sky colouring looks a bit "wierd" to me though like a purpleish tinge..

Jamey, Tue 2nd May, 2006, 8:07pm
Aye. The sky was purple that evening. Not quite as purple as this but I haven't bumped the saturation by a huge amount.

Weird angle. Like it.
